Golf Tournament

I acknowledge the responsibility for payment of all tournament fees for each player and sponsor registered. All tournament registration fees are non-refundable and are due prior to the tournament date.

Squirt - Bantam

I acknowledge the responsibility for payment of all tryout and regular season fees for each player registered. All tryout and regular registration fees are non-refundable and are due prior to the 1st scheduled tryout date. Your selection below acknowledges your receipt of this notice.
